Description:  Greystone Properties and FITCO are long time partners and have had great success completing functional and attractive fitness rooms for Greystone’s multi-family properties in and around the Atlanta area.  With a successful formula and a solid game plan in place regarding room feel, function and design, Greaystone develpoers looked to FITCO to determine fitness equipment brands and selection along with layout and service-after-the-sale. What makes these properties stand out is the owner/developers’ determination to be brand-loyal and to use full commercial products in his multifamily projects, similar to what his clients would use in a for-pay-facility, making these spaces  “destinations” within the properties.
