ALL ABOUT ME FRIDAY

Our CEO has a passionate belief in the value of free days and taking time off to recharge your batteries. One Friday a month, the entire FITCO team is given a designated half day off to do ANYTHING as long as it’s solely about what they love doing and is NOT work related. The following Monday, the team shares with everyone what they did and allows for everyone to understand co-workers’ passions.

Here are some of our favorite employee examples:

“I spent my “It’s All About Me Friday” flying to Missouri where my family has a lake. We spent the holiday weekend boating, jet skiing, fishing, shopping, playing tennis, and having FAMILY TIME!  On Sunday night, there was a huge fireworks display on the lake in honor of Labor Day, so we enjoyed grilling while watching fireworks.  I don’t get to see my family as much as I would like to, so I take advantage of the time I have with them! It was a GREAT weekend!” McKenzie Underwood

“I started my “It’s All About Me Friday” with an awesome yoga class and lunch at Telos. I then took my two children to a Safari Park for a fun-filled day of play and miniature golf. Thanks, FITCO for allowing a great day to bond with my two favorite little people!” Kylee Nagurney
